The early weeks of the year are spent indoors by replenishing the shelves after the Christmas sales.  Teams in the craft department were making new cat toys and stripping lavender.

The kitchen team took a break on pancake day to practise making and tossing the pancakes – a scene of much hilarity.  And afterwards – the satisfaction of eating them!

Outdoors some of the Thursday team developed a new skill and managed to retrieve fallen branches from our moat using a grappling hook.
