A hot couple of months:  outdoor groups adapted by setting themselves up in shady spots – and sitting comfortably while weeding!

Crops were ready early for harvest:  the lavender grew well in the heat and was picked for drying.  Teams picking redcurrants and blackcurrants popped up from time to time from among the bushes.

In the cooler indoors the teams checked and packaged some more batches of jam ready for sale.
