Hiring the Facilities

 

The Stables Christian Centre is set in 6 acres of grounds in a tranquil yet accessible part of North Bedfordshire, making it ideal for church quiet days, planning meetings etc.

 

Facilities include:

*  Conference Room - suitable for meetings of up to 30 people (or 50 for a short    more formal meeting)

*  smaller upstairs room for up to 6 people

*  foyer and kitchen with equipment to cook for up to 30 people

*  access to woodland walks, meadow and orchard area.

*  on site car parking for up to 12 cars

These prices include:
Loan of OHP and keyboard on request, use of kitchen, and access to grounds.

 

Discounts
Concessions may be available in certain circumstances. Please ask.

 

How to book:

Please phone to check availability. To confirm your booking send a deposit equivalent to the first hour's payment. This will be deducted from your final invoice, which will not be due until the day of the meeting. Cheques should be made out to "Bolnhurst Stables Trust".
Deposits are not returnable, if however we manage to rebook following a cancellation we will return your deposit. You are welcome to view the facilities at any time by arrangement. Please contact Ali Wood at the Centre.
